TouchyBooks Review: Hansel and Gretel

TouchyBook's Hansel and Gretel takes the classic tale and ads cute graphics and colorful artwork.  I must admit that I am not a fan of this story; however, it was nice to see that the witch recovered from falling into the cauldron to become a "harmless frog," and that the children did live happily ever after with their father.

The interactive features in this book are more limited, and geared towards younger audiences due to the simplicity of them.  The kids liked stirring the witch in the cauldron and making the chocolate house rain candy.  One word of warning if you do download this book is that it uses the word "stupid" (which made my kids gasp-it is a bad word in our house).

With the exception of the one word and the limited interactive features, this book does have very cute graphics and does stay true to the original plot for those of you Hansel and Gretel fans.
