Best Toy Organizer Ever-Thank You Costco!

I currently live in a 1700 square foot house with 3 kids, my husband, a Yorkie and myself! Yes, we are that crazy.  So when it comes to organizing the junk kid's toys I am always looking for ideas.

On one of our bi-weekly excursions to our local Costco I saw the O'nin Room Divider which would be perfect for storing toys!
It comes with 8 cubby holes with canvas storage boxes for each one.  They are very easy to assemble and look like great quality too (even though they are wood laminate).  The canvas boxes are super-large and can hold tons of toys each.  I can fit about 6 standard-size puzzle boxes in one!  They can also be used horizontally or vertically so they really can fit any space.  The price is fantastic at under $150, but not all Costco's carry them, and they seem to go FAST.  We bought two and lined the wall of our living room with them horizontally and the top surface doubles as a shelf for drinks, frames, etc.

Disclosure: None.  I purchased these myself.

  1. That's a nice toy organizer! Classy looking yet it doesn't even look like a toy storage. ;)

  2. I agree! That is the main reason it appealed to me. It looks great in our main living space without looking like a toy box.

  3. Now that my kids are no longer babies and moving into the older toddler phase, I'm having to reorganize and thanks to your post about the O'nin Room Divider, I've found a perfect way to store their toys (and I'm sure I'll continue to use it long after they've grown out of this phase). I spent a lot of time researching other toy storage options and this was the biggest, best looking, best quality one at nearly half the price of anything else. Thank you Moms' Life Made Easy!

  4. You are SO WELCOME Michelle. I agree, this is a nice piece (for such a cheap price) that they can just take it to college with them later!
    Thanks for following!

  6. What are the dimensions on the room divider? I really want to get one of these but for the space that I need it to fit in I don't know if I want to go to the trouble of looking for it at my Costco. Thank you!

  7. Erin,
    Here are the dimensions:
    31.2" W x 15.2" D x 58.7" H (79.2 cm W x 38.6 cm D x 149 cm H)

The nice thing is this unit is designed so that it can be placed horizontally or vertically.

Here is a current link to the item:
